A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I have been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2013. I love what I do because it allows me to meet new people and help them achieve their goals and dreams. One of my biggest highlights so far has to be when a client managed to drop 2 dress sizes to get into her dream wedding dress. I am a very driven and passionate person who will always strive for more. I will always give 110% in helping anyone achieve their goals. Along side keeping up to date with all the latest health kicks and diets; I am also sport injury trained as well as a massage therapist. Combining my Training with my injury rehab and massage therapy, allows me to have a handle on everything we do.
